Remuneración ordinaria
Se toma la última remuneración ordinaria mensual percibida.
1,5 por año (indefinido)
1,5 remuneraciones mensuales por cada año completo de servicio (Art. 38 TUO D. Leg. 728).
Tope de 12 remuneraciones
La indemnización total no puede exceder de 12 remuneraciones mensuales.
CTS aparte
La CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios) se paga independientemente de la indemnización.
