Hasta 3 años
Valor fijo de 3 meses de remuneración.
Más de 3 años
1 mes de remuneración por cada año de servicio, topado a 25 meses.
Fracciones redondean
CRÍTICO: Cualquier fracción de año se cuenta como un año completo (ej. 3 años y 1 día = 4 años).
Bonificación por desahucio
25% de la última remuneración mensual por cada año de servicio, adicional al despido.
