How redundancy is calculated.
The law sets clear formulas by dismissal type. Here's the step-by-step breakdown.
Divisor legal
Para encontrar tu salario diario, se usa el divisor legal de 23.83 (no 30 días).
Escala 1 a 5 años
Si trabajaste entre 1 y 5 años, te corresponden 21 días de salario por cada año de servicio.
Escala +5 años
Si trabajaste 5 años o más, te corresponden 23 días de salario por cada año de servicio.
Preaviso aparte
El Preaviso (Art. 76) es un concepto distinto que se paga si el empleador no te notifica con el tiempo legal requerido. No está sumado aquí.
