The law sets clear formulas by dismissal type. Here's the step-by-step breakdown.
Salario semanal
La fórmula legal utiliza el salario semanal. Si ingresas el mensual, lo dividimos entre 4.3333.
Indemnización (Art. 225-C)
3.4 semanas de salario por año en los primeros 10 años, y 1 semana adicional por cada año posterior.
Prima de antigüedad
1 semana de salario por cada año trabajado. Es un derecho adquirido siempre, incluso si renuncias o hay justa causa.
